●You can target 1 Cyberse Effect Monster you control; negate its effects, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand.
●If this card is sent from the field to your GY: You can target 1 face-up monster you control; that target is unaffected by your opponent's card effects until the end of your opponent's turn.

EARTH's superlative@Ignister. This card is unusual among @Ignister as a general-purpose card for Cyberse in general, and is mainly used in Accesscode Talker and the like. By the way, there are 4 @Ignisters from EARTH if EX is included, which is a lot.
The effect of ① targets his Cybers on his field, negates the effect, and then makes himself his Special Summon. It's a self-ss method that seems a little peculiar, but Cyberse has many cards that extend the development with effects once per turn, such as 《Splash Mage》and 《Transcode Talker》, and after using the effect, target that card with this card. If you use Special Summon, you won't really care about the negate effect unless you have an RBI increase like transcoding and a permanent effect.
As I said when evaluating 《Mathmech Addition》before, as a ruling of “target and special summon”, this card targets 1 monster from the hand → negates the target effect and special summon. Therefore, if the target does not exist when the effect is processed, it will not fire. Also, what I often see in Master Duel is that it targets 《The Arrival Cyberse @Ignister》. Arrival is not affected by other card effects, so of course the effect does not negate. For this reason, the effect of Gachiri will not be triggered... Also note that even if the target is on the field, the effect will not be resolved unless the effect is negate.
The effect of ② is an effect that gives Cyberse resistance to effect destruction only once per turn, but the effect of ③ is so strong that he is rarely on the field, so it is rarely used. If it's a board that can be quieted by one shot of a whole removal card such as Thunderbolt, it might be a good idea to add it. However, if you don't negate the effect of Cybers on the field, you can't use it after all, so you need to carefully consider the order in which you play this card.
The effect of ③ is an effect that if you leave the field, you will target 1 monster on your field and give it complete resistance until the end of the next turn. The reason why this card is adopted is this effect and ① easy self ss. As Cyberse's famous one-kill combo, I think there's a jammer access that hits twice with "Accesscode Talker" using "Update Jammer" as a material, but it's certainly the strongest combo at the level of running over the opponent, but in modern Yu-Gi-Oh. In addition to removing the opponent's monsters if they leave the field, the access code is supposed to be paper resistant, so it can easily become just a standing 2300 monster with negate cards such as 《Infinite Impermanence》. This card is for those who are anxious. By using this card as a material for the access code, if you get the basics of "perfect resistance double attack access" by involving this card in the jammer, you can put out the strongest monster at the end of the game, and in short, your opponent will die. Even if he doesn't get Lethal, his perfect resistance lasts until the end of the next turn. If he uses other jammers as materials, he's guaranteed to have ATK 4300 or more, so he's pretty good. The opponent dies on the return turn because there are few things that can be returned basically.
Also, this effect is not limited to his Cyberse, and since it can be any face-up monster, it has the potential to be put in various decks as a general purpose if Cyberse is used. In the future, if his Cyberse expansion monster that doesn't bind Cyberse comes out, it may suddenly attract attention as a monster that easily grants complete resistance.
10 points with no complaints, considering future potential and current activity! As a cyber user myself, I will continue to be indebted to him.

It's nice to be able to protect yourself. It's a card that ai used against playmaker in the anime, and I could tell that he was seriously challenging the duel.

A monster that is so effective that it can be said that it is in anime. If you do a Special Summon, you have to negate the effect, but if the @Ignister monster has finished activating the effect, you won't feel any inconvenience. (I don't like it if it's a near miss)
If you make it a link material immediately, you can use it instead of releasing the Water Leviathan that you searched for with the near-miss effect. Privilege due to high level. Since it's a theme that manipulates all summoning methods, I'd like to use Water Leviathan if possible, so I'm quite happy because it can indirectly support the ritual.
I feel that VRAINS and other recent themes have many effects that can be used instead of releases. (《Rise of the Salamangreat》, Vended, etc.)
I think it is a strong support card that can be expected to develop further.

It's perfect as a Cyberse deployment factor, and after it's played, it can be used as a figurine that grants destruction resistance, or as a material to add resistance.
In particular, granting complete resistance is extremely compatible with Access Code Talker, and will make the end card that sprinkles high hit points and destruction even more merciless.

It's a superlative monster, but if it's a "@Ignister" Deck, it's a deck that's based on "Cyberse", so I think it's strength is that it can be Special Summoned under loose conditions due to the effect of (1).
In (2), all "Cyberse" monsters can be given effect resistance, although the number of times is limited, I think it's excellent.
The effect of (3) is that by using this card as a material and sending it to his GY, I think it's strength is that it can also grant effect resistance to monsters taken out of the Extra Deck until the end of the opponent's turn.

@Ignister who can special summon by negating the effect of Cyberse. Since it's level 8, it doesn't support mining, so if you want to search, you'll probably have to use Formad Skipper or Hiyari. Negate the effect seems to be a disadvantage at first glance, but if you use it on the monster that used the effect and use it as a material, you won't mind, and you can use it on Parallel eXceed to restore his level and his ATK. can also do.
It is also excellent to negate the effect destruction, and it can also resist the popular dragoon to some extent.
And when sent from the field to GY, resistance can be imparted. This has no cyber restrictions, so it's highly versatile, and you can make it harder for other effects to interfere by sandwiching it with a chain in the middle of deployment.

Although it's a superlative monster, it's very easy to get a Special Summon if you just say a Cybers Effect Monster on the field, and if you go to his GY from the field, you can give him complete resistance until the end of the opponent's turn. .
In addition, it is one of the few EARTH Cybers that can be Special Summoned from your hand, and is an excellent card to bring from Codec.

It negates the Cybers on the field, but I can expand my hand, and I don't mind if the target is material personnel.
It's a defensive stance, but it's only one turn, but if you go to Cybers, you can give destruction resistance to Cybers, and if you go to GY, you can give complete resistance regardless of Cybers, and as the name suggests, it will protect you. It will improve deployment stability.
I think it will be a user-friendly card that can handle both deployment and defense in Cybers.
